How do I get access to Wellth?

You can access Wellth through your mobile device's app store (i.e. Apple App Store or Google Play). The download instructions are provided above.

Can my family members use Wellth?

At present, Wellth is only available to employees. Soon, we will be allowing access for your adult dependents so they can use Wellth also.

Is my data secure?

Yes. The privacy and security of your data is of paramount importance to us. So, we fully conform to the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). That’s also why the registration process requires a few more steps than most other apps - we need to be absolutely sure that your data is for your eyes only.

Can I share my records with my doctors and care providers?

It’s your data, so absolutely! One of the problems Wellth helps to solve is the sharing of information between your healthcare providers. For instance, even in the same community, different doctors often can’t access all of your health records. Wellth is here to help bridge that gap. You can easily share your records through the Wellth app.

Can I add my own health information to my files?

Absolutely! You know you best - so if you’d like to log some health conditions, medications, allergies, health supplements, etc. you can easily do it right in Wellth.

What if I update my benefits?

We get information directly from your insurance company that includes benefit changes. So, if there are any updates, those will be added to your Wellth app without you needing to do anything.

Can my employer see my health information?

No. Your employer provides you with some great benefits to help keep you and your family healthy, but your health is your business – we don’t share your individual health information with your employer.

Why do I need this app?

Wellth is the crossroads of Wellness and Health. Our goal is to help you have the health information you need along with providing you access into some excellent wellness programs, disease-specific information, health navigation services, and more. Accessing high-quality healthcare can be very difficult, but it doesn’t have to be. We’re here to help connect you with the programs and services you need most.

We also have a lot more baked into our app. Wellth is like having all your benefits right in your pocket. For example, Wellth keeps all your health insurance cards organized for you on your phone, so there's no need to worry if you need to pick-up a prescription but forgot your card. Or if you have to go to an urgent care center or emergency room and can't remember all the drugs and dosages your on. With Wellth, just open the app and all that information is right there at your fingertips.

Also, your Human Resources team can use Wellth to send your important announcements about company events, upcoming deadlines, new benefits and much more.
